You can rep people by giving them a + or a -
You can find the + and the - on the right side of their comment.
If you like their comment then give them a +
If you don't like their comment then give them a -
Only give them rep if they helped you, not because their comment was funny or something else.
If you are caught making a new account and repping yourself, you will be ipbanned from the forums.
